Krystal Rawls is the Workforce Integration Network (WIN) Director at California State University, Dominguez Hills, and is a passionate advocate for digital equity. With a profound understanding of the challenges faced by communities with limited technology access, she spearheads impactful projects that promote inclusivity in Southern California's digital landscape. As Co-PI for the "Closing the Digital Divide with CSUDHWIN" initiative, funded by the National Telecommunication Information Administration's Connecting Minority Communities Pilot Program grant, Krystal employs a multi-level stakeholder engagement approach to assess and address digital inequities. Her expertise encompasses developing comprehensive digital inclusion strategies, applying culturally relevant pedagogical approaches, designing experiential learning experiences, implementing high-impact practices, and engaging with communities to empower them through tailored digital inclusion initiatives.
